Digital Marketing Executive

iCandy Design is recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to join its well-established friendly team in Andover.

We are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketer who wants to thrive and further their skill set in a fast-paced but fun environment. Working closely with a diverse portfolio of key accounts, the right candidate will be able to show creativity and knowledge in areas such as SEO, PPC, content generation, social media, and campaign management.

Your role will include:

• Acting as the primary contact for your portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional client service
• Working as part of the Client Services Team to help generate ideas, support colleagues, and find new approaches to deliver the best results for clients
• Leading numerous marcoms campaigns that align with client objectives
• Engaging key stakeholders within the business to successfully support your clients
• The creation of content for a range of platforms, including websites, social media, and email, while maintaining brand identity and positioning
• Optimisation of content/meta to help with SERPs
• Keyword research and competitor analysis
• Responsible for constant optimisation and improvement of organic search rankings, domain, and page authority
• PPC knowledge management, analysis, and adjustment
• Conduct research and analyse data for campaign recommendations to improve performance and results
• Reporting on KPIs and monitoring performance to drive change

Desirable skills and experience required to be the perfect candidate for the job:

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns
• Strong proofreading and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Google Accreditation desirable
• 1-2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
