Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Office-based in Andover, Hampshire Hours: Full-time

iCandy Design is recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join its well-established friendly team.

Your role will include:
  • Lead nurturing to convert opportunities generated through the various channels, platforms, and tactics available
  • Identifying the needs of potential clients and engaging them through the sales process
  • Ensuring the data in our CRM is kept up to date and continually qualified, and leads are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Support the sales team by developing client packs and briefs for new clients, showcasing our unique value proposition
  • Collaborate with the client services team to support and implement effective marketing strategies that drive brand and business growth, awareness, and conversion
  • Collaborating with the client services team to manage a portfolio of clients and creating review packs on performance
  • With the support of the Project Manager, devise campaigns to drive our internal marketing efforts - creating content for various platforms, analysing performance, and deciding on the next steps
  • Utilise analytic skills to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights
  • Reporting on KPIs and monitoring performance to drive change
Desired skills and experience to be the perfect candidate for the job:
  • A background in marketing and sales, demonstrating how the two functions complement each other
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and tactics
  • Experience in content creation, social media, SEO and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • 1 years experience in a proven sales role

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000/year
