CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools are invaluable for managing leads and opportunities.
Our client had no way of gaining quick visibility of the status of quoted leads. This resulted in many opportunities being lost, because they were not being followed up in a timely manner. Nor did the business have a way to easily prioritise the large list of quotes that were out being considered by prospects.
We simplified the client's internal processes by automating customer data population for quotes; quotes being created in the finance tool are now also saved alongside the contact in the CRM too. This removed human error - data parity with the CRM now happens automatically - and there is no need for staff to click through multiple databases to get a singular view of everything relating to that prospect.
Additionally, we set up an email flow to support the CRM and invoicing system, so that customers would receive automated emails prompting them along their purchase journey, improving sales conversions.
These changes reduced duplication and errors in the organisation's data, it makes it easier to identify opportunities and has improved conversion of leads.
