Having partnered with Hampshire-based bespoke joinery manufacturers Input Joinery since 2011, iCandy Design was tasked with transitioning a traditional, reputation-led business into a highly visible digital market leader. The objective was to modernise a 15+ year-old brand identity without alienating their established B2B and premium consumer customer base.
The aim was to retain the reputation and trust that Input Joinery has built over the years while introducing a more contemporary look and a stronger digital presence that better reflects the quality of their work.
With the refreshed identity in place, we redesigned the website from the ground up. The new site focuses on simplicity, clarity and showcasing the quality of Input Joinery's bespoke work. Improved navigation and page layouts make it easier for visitors to find information, explore projects, and get in touch. The design places imagery and craftsmanship front and centre, creating a more engaging experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
A website refresh was only part of the scope. To ensure absolute brand consistency, iCandy Design rolled out the new identity across Input Joinery’s entire commercial ecosystem.
This included social media branding assets, corporate stationery and physical business touchpoints, cementing their position as Andover's premier joinery experts and creating a cohesive multi-channel experience that strengthens long-term brand recognition and consumer trust.
To support long-term organic growth, the site structure was mapped explicitly against specific commercial keyword clusters. For the content architecture, we integrated 8 targeted landing pages optimised for high-value search terms like "bespoke timber staircases Hampshire."
To future-proof the brand for both traditional search engines and generative AI model discovery, we embedded strict digital hygiene and structured data data-marking (Schema.org) across all project showcase pages. This allows both traditional search algorithms and modern AI platforms to seamlessly index, cross-reference, and validate specific craftsmanship details, geographical service areas, and project scopes.
'The website has transformed how we present ourselves online. The new branding, improved navigation and additional content sections have given us a much stronger presence, and the feedback from customers has been fantastic. It feels like a natural evolution of the business.'
