In Contract Clients
In the event of an emergency or business-critical issue, support for Day 0 (the day the issue is reported) and Day 1 (the following day) are included within your support package.
Any actions or support beyond Day 1 are chargeable at a retained rate of £75 per hour.

Out of Contract Clients
In the event of an emergency or business-critical issue, clients not in contract are charged from the first hour of the first day the issue has been reported to us at a non-retained rate of £125 per hour.
Minimum periods may apply to investigate and resolve issues.
Why This Makes a Difference
Being in contract with a support package gives peace of mind, immediate support, priority response and cost predictability, while Out of Contract support comes at a higher rate with potentially slower response times.
